At Maycon Construction Services, we hold ourselves accountable to deliver top quality work.
As such, we stand behind our work with a full, no-hassle 5-year craftsmanship warranty. This warranty is very simple, if you hire us to replace your roof, install new gutters, windows or siding we will warranty our craftsmanship for a period of 5 years following the completion of your project. Upon completion of every warranty eligible project, we will issue a certificate of warranty that is transferable if you sell your property within the warranty period. Allowing a transferable warranty is something most other contractors do not do and is testament to the fact that we believe in our people, processes and products.
Our craftsmanship warranty will cover the full cost to repair the faulty work. All repairs will be conducted by Maycon Construction Services. This warranty is not meant to cover man-made damage, normal wear and tear or acts of God. Additionally, we do perform certain work that may not be warranty eligible. For instance, if you have a roof leak that we fix all we can warranty is the fact that our repair will not leak. If another roof leak occurs, that is not a result of our repair, then this is not covered by our craftsmanship warranty. All repairs are limited to a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. The warranty that applies to a specific project will be discussed with the homeowner, clearly denoted on our proposal and contract and a certificate of craftsmanship warranty will always be issued upon project completion and final payment.
